Who we are

HowYouDoin? is operated by Cormens OÜ (registry code 17497453), a company registered in Estonia. Cormens OÜ is the data controller for the information described below, and the merchant of record for any payments made through the app.

What we collect

Your account details (name, email address), and the content you create in the app — Wheel of Life scores, intentions, tasks, and anything you share or write inside a Circle. Circle content is only visible to people you've explicitly invited and shared it with.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details — Stripe handles that directly. Your bank statement will show the charge under Cormens OÜ.

How we use it

To run the app itself, and to send the emails you've opted into (monthly reminders, circle notifications, account-related messages like email verification). We don't sell your data or share it with advertisers.

Your data, your control

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings. Deleting your account removes your data from our systems, aside from what we're legally required to retain (e.g. payment records for tax purposes).
